Design Thinking

Creative innovation with brains instead of coincidence

Thema

Whether traditional project management or agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban - they all provide a basis for decisions on how to successfully implement projects or efficiently develop products. When asked which project goal is the right one and what the vision of a potential solution might look like, they hardly give an answer.

Design Thinking can offer perspectives here. The innovation method places the user in the focus of the activities and, using a structured, iterative process, first works out their needs before ideas are generated and manifested in prototypes. Probably the most important phase is the testing of the solution idea with the user. The solution is then further developed based on the user's feedback.

Learn more about the method in our next i³ and discuss with us where design thinking supports, but where it also shows its limitations.
